Phillip Zamzow has more than 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry across both the upstream E&P and midstream sectors.
He most recently served as Vice President of Commercial and Business Development at Stakeholder Midstream, LLC, where he managed commercial operations, scheduling services, and downstream marketing for crude oil, natural gas, and NGLs. He also played a key role in obtaining the company’s initial regulatory tariff approvals and maintaining ongoing tariff compliance with FERC and the Texas Railroad Commission. During his tenure, Mr. Zamzow was instrumental in helping build the company’s commercial platform and supporting its growth prior to a successful $1.25 billion exit.
Previously, Mr. Zamzow served as Director of Contract Administration and Scheduling at TexStar Midstream Services, LP, later Southcross Energy Partners, LP, where he oversaw contract negotiation, customer relations, scheduling, and accounting support functions. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Project Manager at Flatrock Engineering and Environmental, providing regulatory compliance and reporting services for midstream operators.
Mr. Zamzow holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University.
